How I Beat My Nagging Urge to Pee in 1 Week and Got Back on the Course
If you have an overactive bladder or occasional leaking, you’ll want to read this…
For years I dreaded the back nine.
A full day outdoors was the WORST.
The restrooms were always too few and too far away.
I’d get the urge to pee somewhere around the 12th hole and start scanning for the nearest porta-john or clubhouse.
Then when I’d finally spot one, it always seemed to be a long cart ride in the wrong direction.
Standing at the tee box, I’d be left with little to do but silently pray I could hold it long enough without having an accident.
You see, even though I would ALWAYS go before I left the house (whether I needed to or not)...
And watch every drop I drank from that moment forward…
I’d still feel like I had to pee.
Which meant a round of golf with my buddies, a morning of fishing, or even a simple cookout in the backyard, would fill me with anxiety.
Instead of looking forward to a day outdoors with the guys, I’d be standing there thinking:
“Where am I going to go when I need to pee?” And “How fast can I get there?”
